Advanced Shipping Manager

This app is an amazing addition to our store, it really helped simply things and definitely reduced a major headache.

Integrating ASM into our website has enabled us to offer much more specific and relevant shipping methods to our customers. We use different carriers, who charge different prices, depending on which products our customers are purchasing, and integrating ASM allowed us to tailor the shipping methods to suit the customers much better. We are a UK-based company while ASM is US-based, but they were able to make sure everything worked for us over here. The support team are always pleasant to talk with and want to make sure everything's working fine.

We have been using this company for I believe over 5 years. We have seen them improve on a lot of things. If you need advanced shipping calculations you will like this App. It allows for calculations on multiple boxes per single sku. Or multiple sku's with multiple boxes in the cart at once. While it is not perfect, I think it can really help you. The customer support has always been really great. I wish Amazon support was as good as this companies!

We wanted to be able to use dimensions and weights to accurately calculate shipping. They said that we would have to assign "points" to specific boxes. Points being an abject value we determine, then add to all the products. Well, that is what we already do in 3Dcart ... so it's not really better. In addition, having the "points" is an additional fee of $20 per month. SO over $100 month for the same style of abject calculations we can do in 3Dcart. That's not an improvement for us unfortunately.

As our business has so many products with so many unique shipping needs, Advanced Shipping Manager allowed us to customize what we needed to make our system work when so many other platforms had left us without recourse. Not to mention quick, and very helpful customer service!

One of the best customers servies i ever had. These guys are great to work with and are very helpful when you have a question or problem that need immediate attention. Highly recommend when you need a 3 party shipping company!

My Made in America eCommerce site utilizes Drop-Shipping merchants from around the country. Almost every one has a unique Shipping cost algorithm. It was driving me bonkers to try to make this work. I had been told and had read about Advanced Shipping Manager a couple of years ago, but wasn't ready to make the investment in a monthly superscription service, but have now taken the leap. It's absolutely worth the fee just for the peace of mind, let alone what I am sure will be increased sales because I'll be able to now dive into adding more and more products. I was slow-walking adding products because I knew that one day I'd have to redo all of the shipping. Now I have no bottlenecks to building my business. I am about to go live with the app, now having uploaded the new shipping parameters (for each merchant) and can't wait. In my onboarding process with ASM, the customer service has been stellar. They are extremely prompt in answering questions and have been great about scheduling calls with me (with a live human being!) to get me going. I highly recommend Advanced Shipping Manager and WISH I had signed up two years ago. I'll review again in a couple of months after being live.

This is a MUST-HAVE add-on for 3dcart. It allows you to configure multiple shipping options in a variety of ways and offer customers shipping options that competitors cannot. Support is way above the bar.

I must say Advance shipping manager has transformed our shipping platform to a greater height with it's seamless calculation capabilities. Advance shipping manager has the solution that we needed and its all we will ever need. Amazing App!! Worth every penny!!. As far as I am concerned customer service makes it or breaks it and the guys at King Webmaster are the best. No question is left unanswered and all responses are within a few minutes. Not that I had too many problems. The app is easy to use and set up, Accurate, and a lot of options to make it work the way you want. I have a dropshipping business with multiple suppliers shipping out from different states to different regions of the States and the World and ASM made it work... Thank you guys

We have been working with ASM Kingwebmaster for many years. Their product for shipping calculations is so much easier than most E-commerce platforms have built in. The most important part though is their customer service, easy to get on the phone, and quick to help resolve issues, most of which are self inflicted. Getting ASM is a no brainer

We have a lot of custom shipping configurations and options for our business that 3dcarts regular shipping options just could not handle. Advanced shipping manager has found a solution for all our specialty shipping needs. We are very happy with the them.

We ship large (oversized) items, heavy items...the kinds of products that don't tend to have accurate shipping calculations with "out of the box" shipping calculators. In our case, the ASM Advanced Shipping Manager app has been a life saver. No more under or over charging customers for shipping, which is a real win-win. Dan, Lance, and everyone at ASM that we've worked with has been tremendously helpful. I highly recommend Advanced Shipping Manager to anyone who has shipping calculation needs that are beyond the built-in capabilities of the shopping cart.

This is a really cool plugin and fills many of the gaps that 3dcart overlooked. I am definitely disappointed that 3dcart doesn't let you set a flat shipping rate per product. ASM lets you do this and many other cool things. I don't like paying $85 a month plus extra for freight carrier integration, but their support has been very helpful. Dan at ASM has been fantastic to work with and their plugin provides lots of cool functionality.

ASM allowed us to take shipping in a much more cost effective direction more than 3dcart's options could do for us. We ship construction parts from 1 lbs to 2,000 lbs all over the U.S., Canada, Alaska and Hawaii. Costs vary radically. Burt is my ASM contact and can be reached immediately to assist me with various revisions due to UPS or Pallet Freight calculations and adding/eliminating certain states/countries due to cost variences.

We found that errors in shipping were reduced once we started using ASM. We have complicated shipping methods depending on locations and items. ASM has been helpful to streamline what can be shipped where.

The Advanced Shipping Manager does everything for me that I need, that the stock shipping option can't. I really like it!

Allows you to remove AK and HI- Allows to exclude any item from any shipping option (no instore pick up for this item or no shipping to HI for that item) Huge help for Free Shipping items and a cool point system to boot!!

Advanced Shipping Manager is a great addition to any Website that wants to offer the best shipping options to their customers. If you have any idea on what you want to accomplish shipping wise, Advance Shipping Manager has it available or the team will create it and add it to the app so that you can do it. Burt, Dan, Ryan and the rest of the ASM team are supremely helpful and they know their product inside and out and upside down. I highly recommend this product. A helpful and knowledgeable staff like this is a rare commodity and their shipping software offers the best options for shipping bar none.

ASM allows you to set up totally custom shipping options on a per-product basis, & the customer service is top-notch. Works great for our drop-ship business that requires different ships-from locations & carrier options for different products. Definitely recommended for complex shipping needs.
