Track All Shipments (Free)
Shipments imported to your AfterShip account will be matched with the correct couriers and tracked automatically for free at AfterShip. You can easily filter and search by order id, customer name, email and tracking number. Each shipment will have a direct tracking link that you can easily share with customers.

Auto Delivery Updates (Premium)
Upgrade to Premium to send out delivery notifications to customers or yourself. Your choice of notification triggers - In transit, Out for delivery, Delivered, Failed delivery attempt or Exceptions. Use your own email to send out notifications, and customize messages to add store logo, URL, a direct tracking link to get more returned customers after shipping!

Very happy!
This is a great app, definitely did not regret getting it. Setting up took a bit of tweaking but after that was done, everything was super!

works about 30% of the time. orders do not auto import. We delete the connection and reconnect the REST API and things work for about 24 hours. We've contacted AS Customer Support several times and they respond the same way each time reiterating that their app works. We've provided a dump of all orders showing 70% of them had not been imported and they continue to say their app works with no additional information.

Q: Hi, I'm trying to add Aftership to my Shopify and i can't get past the "short name" section. What is that exactly? thanks

A: Hi Devina,

Thank you for your email.

The Short name field is the field where you can select the username of the account. It is a unique value.

In other words, it is the unique identifier of the AfterShip account. Once you select a short name, no other user can take that name.

Please make sure that your short name does not contain any special characters and it should be of least 5 characters.

If you still face the issue, please share the error screenshot and we will check it further.

Q: So...I found an app I like (Aftership), but I thought I could use it, you know, like an actual app, or module, on my website, through my dashboard area. But, no, it looks like I have to take all the information to the "app's" website, enter it there, and THEN it becomes useful. is there any way, or anywhere to find the Aftership "app" (which it's not, because I have to go to their WEBSITE to use it), is there any way to find that in modules in 3dcart and have it intgrate seamlessly?
