Impressing..Great product
I enjoy Liveagent’s ability to chat with multiple website visitors at a time. This software has elevated our business so that our customer support can respond quickly every time. It’s very easy to use and learn. I appreciate the internal chat feature, because this helps my team communicate amongst ourselves while still being in contact with the client.

I really like LiveAgent
LiveAgent is an excellent choice for an online chat software. I really like that LiveAgent assigns chats to agents who've had previous communication with chatting customers. New mobile apps are great for communicating on the go.

well Built
LiveAgent is simple, intuitive and works well all the time. Has all the features we have needed. One of the best advantage for us was a really simple integration with our shopping cart system we’re already been using a few years. We have also connected it to mailchimp account, now we can subscribe/unsubscibe contact by one click in LiveAgent, it’s a big plus. It has made support much easier to perform.

For good services.
I like that LiveAgent is cloud based and I don't need to worry about having another server running an application. Complex solution for chat, mail, calls (via twilio), social networks (fb, twitter), knowledge base, client base, ticketing system, support portal, forum. Easy to setup and very flexible in way to use it. Recommend it!

I love LiveAgent
I love LiveAgent. Having used it now for over 9 months, we have found the software to be fully features with the ability to configure what should happen in any given circumstance. It has saved us countless support hours. If something goes wrong, like you're having trouble installing it the team at LiveAgent is online 24/7 so my requests were solved in a few hours.

Very much user friendly
LiveAgent is a solution that is very simple to set up without a lot of extensive effort, I do like the user interface, chat button designs and features like call centre, chat invitations and rules that we actively use. We’re happy to see reports of each channel and agent so we can evaluate our team work separately for each support agent.
